Key Responsibilities
  • Stay informed about overall business trends, including the current healthcare market landscape, and identify opportunities for cross-marketing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare market sector, leveraging the firm's portfolio, reputation, and professional network.
  • Consistently achieve revenue goals within the healthcare market, collaborating with management and technical staff on targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Use the Client Relationship Management system to document and share business development activities, serving as the Market Sector Leader.
  • Work closely with the design team and firm leadership on proposal coordination, interview preparation, and project team formation.
  • Lead proposal strategy efforts, drive win-theme development, and engage the team throughout the proposal process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with a strong emphasis on healthcare.
  • Ability to represent Jobot positively at business functions, industry conferences, and professional association meetings.
  • Experience presenting at healthcare conferences and drafting white papers.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, fee proposals, and building strong client relationships.
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Client Leader.
  • Strong client service orientation, attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and effective communication.
  • Ability to actively listen, ask appropriate questions, and follow up effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with MS Project and business development/CRM software experience being a plus.
