Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the healthcare industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all patient-related matters, ensuring a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate patient care services, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and handling patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a patient care coordination role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in front desk operations, including handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong ability to empathize with and support patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and in compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
