Position Overview:

As a Program Lifecycle Analyst, you will navigate the intricacies of project support from inception to execution. Given the substantial investment of finite resources in various initiatives, it is crucial to maintain a productive trajectory for each project. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring project success through meticulous analysis and effective stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive program analysis and management support across multiple initiatives.
  • Develop detailed presentations for internal teams and stakeholders to outline and clarify program requirements.
  • Create program status updates, documentation, and briefings, while assisting leadership in managing large, cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on acquisition milestones, offering guidance on various modification programs and new initiatives, particularly in relation to milestone decision processes and necessary documentation.

Team Collaboration:

In this role, you will implement and sustain organizational programs, collaborating with key stakeholders to review contractual agreements. Your contributions will include tactical planning and regular engagement with project team members.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with acquisition strategies or lifecycle management, particularly within the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
  • Familiarity with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework Document Identification Tool (AAFDID).
  • Proven experience in providing acquisition support for ACAT 1 and 2 programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead acquisition activities for new initiatives, including milestone decision processes and documentation development.
  • Knowledge of acquisition policies, regulations, and requirements.
  • Ability to serve as a subject matter expert in acquisition strategy and milestone decision efforts.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Risk Management.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Army Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT).
  • Experience with the HQ Department of the Army Task Management Tool (TMT).
  • Experience in providing acquisition support for ACAT 3 and 4 programs.
  • Knowledge of Strategic Planning and Requirements Management.
  • Understanding of Cost, Data, and Risk Analysis.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
