Strategic Support Partner for Executive Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Support Partner to join our team at Evans Consulting in Washington D.C. As a key member of our executive leadership support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective operations of our client organization's front office.
This is a hybrid position with up to 2 days on-site per week, offering a dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, including drafting correspondence, document management, and general office support.
- Execute meeting and program support tasks, such as scheduling, coordinating agendas, managing calendars, meeting minutes, and capturing actionable items.
- Develop briefings and materials for meetings with internal and external stakeholders, showcasing your exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests and inquiries for the executive team, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Support special projects as assigned, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive results.
- A Bachelor's Degree plus at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, or a Master's Degree with relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences and situations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in managing critical and sensitive relationships with key stakeholders and executive level staff.

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 (annualized USD), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
