Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $165,000 and $200,000. Additionally, you can expect a bonus, PTO, National Days Vacation, hybrid work schedule, 401k plan, and insurance coverage including Health, Dental, and Vision.

Job Responsibilities
  • Business Unit Leadership
    • Oversee the entire Business Unit's Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring alignment with performance goals.
    • Drive FP&A improvements and enhance operational processes.
  • Analytical Support
    • Provide analytical support for evaluating new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Operational Planning
    • Guide the creation of operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and internal financial reports.
  • Team Management
    • Manage and refine budgeting procedures, improve expense management, and ensure operational cost efficiency.
    • Lead the team in executing daily activities while maintaining adherence to compliance standards.
    • Oversee all aspects of team management, including hiring, training, performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, and setting goals tied to business priorities and key performance indicators.
    • Foster employee engagement and develop the skills and talent required to meet operational goals.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Assist in month-end accounting close activities and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Related Field Essential
  • MBA or Master's Degree in Finance (or related field) preferred
  • Large ERP systems experience - eg, SAP, Oracle - required
  • Strong understanding of Cost Accounting, US GAAP and IFRS
  • 8 - 10+ years of Finance Leadership tenure
  • Tableau, Business Object and/or Adaptive Planning preferred
