About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Analyst to join our team at MRI Software. As a key member of our Client Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their software needs are met, and delivering a consistently high level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex software issues and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Engage with our worldwide client base, building strong relationships and delivering a personalized experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service quality
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates and new features, providing expert guidance to clients
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
