Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Client Specialist to join our team at Truist Inc. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will provide sales, service, and loan support to Relationship Managers, Commercial Credit staff, and Sales Leaders managing and supporting Commercial client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales support to Relationship Managers, including assistance with pipeline accuracy, call preparation, and client contact strategy.
  • Assist in general servicing of Commercial loans, deposits, and fee services, including account opening, reporting, and payment processing.
  • Deliver accurate and timely information to internal loan areas and communicate with clients to assist with the loan process.
  • Monitor reporting and escalate as needed to ensure accurate client assignment and account data.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent education and related training.
  • Three years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts.
  • Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field.
  • Possess working product knowledge of bank services and Financial Services Industry.
  • Possess math aptitude with ability to grasp general accounting and financial concepts.
