Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management & Program Analyst to support the mission of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Management (M Bureau). The selected candidate will provide administrative, analytical, and technical support to USAID, M Bureau, and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to the M Bureau team, including program analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to support program management and analysis.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform program decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program initiatives.
  • Provide technical support to program staff, including training and guidance on program management tools and processes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public administration, or international development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, analysis, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
