Role Summary

Diligent is seeking a talented Strategic Financial Analyst to join our Commercial FP&A organization. As a key member of our global FP&A team, you will partner closely with our Executive team and Commercial leaders to drive robust financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis.

This is an integral role within the global team responsible for helping to build a best-in-class organization related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, collaboratively built financial forecasts, annual plans, and operational analyses for the Commercial team.
  • Work directly with the Commercial Leadership Team to educate and support them in completing their strategic plans and budgets, driving real-time analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Actively participate in annual and monthly financial planning processes, ensuring planning aligns with overall company goals.
  • Drive strategic analysis in areas such as assessing GTM strategies, sales capacity modeling, commercial efficiency, and cost structure optimization/benchmarking.
  • Deliver timely and accurate executive-level reporting and insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in a senior financial and operations role in a complex organization.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling/MS Excel, and communication skills; in-depth experience with financial analysis and a strong understanding of GTM metrics.
  • Strong financial modeling experience and a willingness to dig into the details.
  • Advanced skill level in ERP financial systems.
  • Proven ability to establish strategic, high-impact initiatives, defining performance indicators and operational focus.
  • A high degree of intelligence, natural curiosity, and a strong work ethic.
