Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Analyst to join our team at Fathom Management LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in business/management/data analysis or related field
  • 8+ years' experience
  • Experience with SharePoint site conceptual development
  • Development of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for collaboration
  • Lean Six Sigma or Total Quality Management
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process mapping software
  • Experience with analysis organizational development
  • Understanding of the Malcom Baldrige Criteria
