Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities, utilizing consultative selling approaches to map out key decision-makers and create effective plans for market penetration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless support throughout the customer lifecycle.
Build and manage a pipeline of sales leads, accurately forecasting revenue and delivering value to clients throughout their relationship with our company.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
A minimum of three to five years of experience in software sales, technical support, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in pre-sale, sales support, and service-related activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results-driven sales and customer satisfaction.
