**Compensation Structure:**
  • $26.20/hour for Fixed Route
  • $28.20/hour for Split Shift Fixed Route
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
  • Operate the bus safely according to designated schedules and routes
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all passengers
  • Ensure the safe boarding of all passengers
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including incident reports and inspections
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
**Additional Information:**

**Safety Considerations:** All applicants are subject to physical and random DOT drug testing. Compliance with DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 is mandatory.

**Physical Requirements:** Regularly required to sit for extended periods, stand or walk occasionally, communicate clearly in person and via two-way radio, hear normal conversations, reach with hands/arms frequently below chest height, bend, stretch, and secure wheelchairs with a 4-point lap/shoulder belt. Occasionally, overhead reaching may be necessary.
