Job Description
At Charter Care Health Partners, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing direct patient care and technical assistance to our healthcare team
* Performing clinical skills and nursing procedures
* Assisting the healthcare team in patient care

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also participate in improving quality care and documenting patient care activities. This includes collaborating with our healthcare team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Mental Health Support Worker, you will need to have a strong understanding of patient care principles and practices. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, as well as current RI Nursing Assistant certification.
