About the Role
About Career Land Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our team at our outpatient clinic in Providence, RI. This position involves providing comprehensive mental health services to patients, including psycho-diagnostic and psycho-therapeutic treatments, as well as conducting evaluations and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care through psycho-diagnostic and psycho-therapeutic treatments.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Psychiatric Nursing required.
  • Active Rhode Island license is mandatory.
  • Significant experience in mental health nursing essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive base salary of $83,000 per annum, plus bonuses.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision plans, retirement plans, paid time off, and continuing education support.
