Job Title: Senior Oracle Developer

At PRIMENOTCH, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and customize Oracle CCB applications to meet business needs. Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts, create and modify CCB configurations, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • System Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in requirement gathering, system design, and architectural discussions.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle CCB issues. Diagnose and resolve problems related to application performance, data integrity, and system functionality.
  • Testing and Deployment: Develop and execute test plans, conduct unit and integration testing, and support the deployment of Oracle CCB solutions. Ensure thorough documentation and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Maintenance and Upgrades: Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Monitor system performance and apply necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8 years of experience in Oracle CCB development, including hands-on experience with Oracle CCB modules, configurations, and customizations.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle CCB (Customer Care and Billing) application.
  • Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle databases.
  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and other integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Understanding of billing processes, customer management, and related business functions.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities Framework (OUF).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based Oracle solutions and technologies.
  • Certifications related to Oracle CCB or Oracle databases.
