The Lead Specialist in Wellness Support plays a crucial role in overseeing the Wellness and Recovery Team. This position is primarily focused on delivering telephonic support to both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

The individual in this role will:

  • Ensure that all calls, documentation, and follow-ups are conducted in accordance with established standards.
  • Assist in the design, development, and refinement of workflows for the Wellness and Recovery Team, including all relevant processes and protocols.
  • Monitor staffing work queues to guarantee adequate daily coverage.
  • Conduct training sessions for new team members and provide additional support to those who require it.
  • Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of policies, assess training needs, and identify resources to enhance program effectiveness and quality.
  • Provide coverage and consultation for evening and weekend shifts as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams and leadership to promote a person-centered, holistic approach to care.
  • Engage and educate individuals and their families, guiding them to connect with support services, community resources, and advocacy assistance.
