Your responsibilities will include cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Content division and across the organization, focusing on delivering insightful analysis, actionable recommendations, and continuous process enhancements that align with the company's long-term objectives.
In your capacity as the Global Content FP&A Manager, you will guide business teams through the annual and quarterly forecasting cycles, strategic planning, and the evaluation of new initiatives and opportunities. Collaborating with international teams will provide you with valuable insights into global and local content trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with business teams on content deal evaluations, including opportunity assessments, valuations, and structuring financial terms.
- Enhance processes and automate workflows to improve agility, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Translate the company's long-term objectives into strategic financial plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze the causes of any unexpected variances.
- Lead the identification, development, and assessment of key metrics for new initiatives.
- Oversee and forecast Profit & Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow.
- Coordinate with international finance teams for global content reviews and statements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven excellence in financial analysis and model development with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse business stakeholders across international teams.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated capability to build relationships and communicate effectively with peers, executive management, and other key stakeholders.
- Experience in the digital media or publishing sectors.
- Familiarity with SQL and proficiency in TM1.
