We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Operations Manager to lead our team at American Family Care Franchise 2001. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our urgent care clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical operations, with a minimum of two years experience working in a supervisory role in a medical office. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of non-provider staff. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

As a Medical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Managing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for various roles within the clinic, including front office medical receptionists, medical assistants, and x-ray technicians.
  • Supervising, evaluating, and executing performance evaluations of non-provider staff, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and customer service.
  • Partnering with the Medical Director to ensure that medical care is delivered in accordance with physician instructions and that high-quality care is rendered.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal rules and regulations.
  • Leading and organizing staff meetings, daily huddles, and in-service programs to promote teamwork and ongoing education.
