Position Summary

The Vehicle Lot Coordinator is essential to maintaining the visual appeal and operational efficiency of our dealership's vehicle inventory. This role involves a variety of tasks that support both the Service Department and Sales team, ensuring that our lot remains organized and presentable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhances the aesthetic and functional quality of both new and pre-owned vehicles by performing thorough cleaning of interiors and exteriors.
  • Affixes buyer guides and stock tags to vehicles for customer information.
  • Ensures the vehicle lots are orderly and visually appealing, relocating cars as instructed by management in line with dealership standards.
  • Maintains cleanliness of driveways and walkways, addressing snow and debris as required.
  • Operates vehicles to and from service areas, service stalls, and parking spaces as necessary.
  • Creates key tags for vehicles to facilitate easy identification.
  • Undertakes additional tasks as directed by management.
