Key Responsibilities
  • Financial stewardship: Meet or exceed the annual budget for the branch.
  • Team development: Recruit, train, manage, and develop a high-performing branch team.
  • Operational excellence: Ensure proper usage of sales and recruiting pipelines, as well as financial reports.
  • Client relationships: Create new and build on existing client relationships to increase the branch's profitability.
  • Employee management: Work with clients on current employee issues, incidents, injuries, performance, etc.
  • Customer service: Deliver top-notch customer service to both candidates and clients.
Requirements
  • Management and/or recruiting experience in a staffing firm environment is preferred but not required.
  • Effective communication skills: Ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Financial management: Experience managing budgets, A/R, collections, P&L's, and all branch financials.
  • Professional image: Able to demonstrate exemplary performance in attitude, attendance, and professional image.
  • Influencing and persuading: Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Negotiation and closing: Able to demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Organizational skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Independence and self-motivation: You have to be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of verifiable related experience is required.
