Branch Director

Ambassador Personnel, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our Tuscaloosa, AL branch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in staffing or related industries, with a proven ability to drive business growth, manage operations, and foster a high-performing team environment.

• Financial stewardship: Meet or exceed the annual budget for the branch.
• Team development: Recruit, train, manage, and develop a high-performing branch team.
• Operational excellence: Manage all sales, operations, and financial aspects of the branch, ensuring proper usage of sales and recruiting pipelines and financial reports.
• Client relationships: Create new and build on existing client relationships to increase the branch's profitability.
• Employee relations: Work with clients on current employee issues, incidents, injuries, performance, etc.
• Customer service: Deliver top-notch customer service to both candidates and clients.

• Management and/or recruiting experience in a staffing firm environment is preferred but not required.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience managing budgets, A/R, collections, P&L's, and all branch financials.
• Exemplary performance in attitude, attendance, and professional image.
• Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
• Effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of verifiable related experience is required.
