About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Positive Development for Youth & Families. Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to children using the developmental approach, collaborating with the clinical team to create individualized treatment plans, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement treatment plans, incorporating speech and language goals, and monitor progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a comprehensive service package and promote seamless communication.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
  • A valid New Jersey state license and CCC-SLP certification.
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and a strong understanding of the developmental approach.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid sick leave, a referral program, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
