Business Development Representative

As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. The HCM Account Executive position requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of Paylocity services.
- Attend industry events and conferences to establish thought leadership and promote Paylocity solutions.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within the designated territory.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in a cloud-based software environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
