Responsibilities
  • Provide best in market service to the membership
  • Offer products, services and financial solutions to the membership
  • Meet cross-sell, deposit and loan production goals
  • Accurately process deposit and loan accounts for the membership
Requirements
  • Minimum of Associate's degree, desired
  • One year experience as a customer service representative with a financial institution
  • Proven track record in loan origination, sales and member service
  • Knowledge of financial deposit and loan products
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate time management, apply analytical/problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Presentation of a professional image to the member and the community
  • Computer experience required with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to take on varied assignments and work flexible schedule, including Saturdays
