We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
