LPN Medication Care Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Review and document medication administration records
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure accurate medication administration
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with medication administration policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans for residents
- LPN or LVN licensure
- Previous experience working with seniors
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
