Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead and manage network infrastructure and cabling projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of site operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure individual and team growth.
- Communication: Proactively communicate project status and risks to cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure a proper safety plan is in place, and conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and develop improvement projects to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Performance Metrics: Employ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor project quality and timeliness, driving measurable improvements.
- Best Practices: Champion, implement, and automate global best practices, SOPs/SIPs, and efficient processes to ensure consistency and excellence across sites.
- 10+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling environments.
- Proven track record of delivering mission-critical programs on time, within budget, and to applicable build, quality, and safety standards.
- Contract negotiation and administration experience.
- Experience building and leading teams, assessing, coaching, and mentoring direct reports and vendor teams.
- Organizational, time management, and coordination skills across multiple disciplines.
- PMP certification and/or experience managing Project Managers.
