About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Home Brands Group LLC. As a key member of our managed services team, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing campaigns that deliver results for our franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Plans: Work closely with franchisees to understand their marketing goals and objectives, and develop customized marketing plans to achieve them.
  • Onboard and Support Franchisees: Develop and manage the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to execute their marketing plans successfully.
  • Provide Ongoing Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, providing ongoing support and answering questions and concerns.
  • Generate Monthly Reports: Develop and deliver monthly reports that highlight campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the greater managed services team, creative team, and analytics team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on customer success management and working with franchise organizations and franchisees or multi-unit companies.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills
  • Excellent Project Management Skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven Ability to Analyze Data and Provide Actionable Insights
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing Platforms, including Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Franchise Organizations and Understanding of the Unique Needs of Franchisees is preferred.
