- Self-Motivation and Multi-Tasking: Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
- Age and Employment Requirements: At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
- Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends, if requested.
- Lifting and Mobility: Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Physical Activity: Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods.
- Environmental Exposure: Exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, and/or extreme low temperature; low humidity, high humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.
- Horticulture and Agriculture Experience: Experience and knowledge in horticulture and/or agriculture preferred.
- Manufacturing and Labor Experience: Previous manufacturing/laborer experience.
- General Tool and Hardware Skills: General tool, hardware, ladder, and building skills.
- Ladder Usage: Must be able to use a 12' extension ladder.
- Pesticide Applicator's License: State issued pesticide applicator's license.
