Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Cultivation Leadership to plan and execute growing activities in accordance with production schedules.
  • Prepare growing spaces and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist with cloning, transplanting, and monitoring of cannabis plants, including watering, feeding, and climate control.
  • Inspect crops regularly to ensure quality standards are met, removing any substandard or diseased plants as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain growing conditions, including temperature, humidity, and moisture levels.
  • Assist with harvesting, trimming, and curing of cannabis products.
  • Operate and maintain cultivation systems and equipment, including lighting, irrigation, and climate control.
  • Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures, including state compliance and security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with plant care and cultivation, preferably in a greenhouse or agricultural setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks consistently.
  • Excellent hand dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods.
