Culinary Services Professional

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Services Professional to join our team at Heatherwood Gracious Retirement Living. In this full-time role, you will prepare nutritious and appetizing meals for our residents while working collaboratively with other culinary services members to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen area.
This position requires a friendly, professional, and energetic personality with a passion for improving the lives of others. You must be 18 years old and have two years of experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking. It is preferred that you have verifiable culinary training/education.
As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent organizational skills, customer service skills, and the ability to work well under time constraints. You will also have knowledge of food service sanitation practices and be ServSafe certified. Your communication style should be clear and concise, allowing you to effectively interact with our residents.

Regarding compensation, we offer competitive pay for this position. Based on industry standards and considering factors such as cost of living in Tewksbury and the complexity of the role, we estimate the salary to be around $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
