Bridgewell seeks a compassionate and skilled Direct Support Professional 2 to provide critical support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in our Level 2 residential programs. As a valued member of our team, you'll contribute to the success of our residents by developing and implementing individualized care plans, providing emotional support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify resident needs and develop tailored care plans.
  • Deliver high-quality support services, promoting independence, confidence, and overall well-being.
  • Monitor and record resident progress, adapting care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate medical, clinical, and recreational services.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, agency policies, and industry standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

Salary Range: $26.00-$31.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
