Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients and prospects.
- Examine and interpret title commitments and lender instructions to draft escrow instructions and settlement statements.
- Effectively communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Facilitate coordination among all parties involved in the transaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all escrow transactions.
- Develop strategies for engaging current clients and prospects in their transactions.
- Organize client meetings, participate in networking and conference events, and strive to meet or exceed revenue generation targets.
- Stay informed about market trends and demands.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or a well-established book of business.
- Strong knowledge of closing procedures and real estate compliance.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
