Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Technician

Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Actalent. As a Clinical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in testing for leukemia and lymphoma, working with blood, bone marrow, and tissue specimens. Our lab follows a streamlined process, where samples move through several stages, including pipetting, aliquotting, centrifuging, and adding chemicals to isolate white blood cells. You will have the opportunity to train on multiple benches and work with a variety of instruments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform medical laboratory testing and instrumentation experience/troubleshooting

  • Work with chemistry and biology principles to analyze samples

  • Collaborate with a team to ensure accurate and efficient results

Requirements

  • BS in a Life Science field (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, etc)

  • 3mo+ undergraduate research experience (ideal, not required)

  • Prior healthcare experience (ideal, not required)

  • Willingness to relocate to Rochester, MN required
