Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist/Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of patients. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory results.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including blood, tissue, and body fluid analyses.
  • Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment, including automated testing systems and manual techniques.
  • Interpret laboratory results and provide accurate and timely reporting to healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of laboratory procedures, policies, and protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Technologist-CLT, Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory setting, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
