Responsibilities

As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist/Scientist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing complex laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and body fluids to aid healthcare providers in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients.
  • Operating and maintaining sophisticated laboratory equipment, including automated testing systems and manual techniques.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations to handle infectious specimens, chemicals, and other hazards.
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Technologist-CLT, Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), or a related field.
  • Experience with laboratory instrumentation and assay systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
