Job Title: SharePoint Developer/Administrator

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer/Administrator to join our team at IT Concepts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and sustaining our internal and external SharePoint sites, as well as providing support for communication initiatives and creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting portal and internal SharePoint Business Process Automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and administration of existing and new client SharePoint sites and subsites, lists, libraries, web parts, and content
  • Design and implementation of complimentary functionality for customer subsites, lists, libraries, and content
  • Development of custom workflows using SharePoint Designer and assistance with defining, coding, testing, and implementing solutions
  • Development and management of master pages and other reusable SharePoint components
  • Advice, support, and training on permissions, site ownership, document management, forms, and workflows
  • Clear documentation of problem analysis and solutions used to resolve them
  • Communication of issue status to users and management
  • End-user support primarily related to SharePoint (resolving issues/requests)
  • Participation in analysis efforts to design enhancements or solve existing SharePoint issues
  • Assistance in the design of technical approaches to deliver future capabilities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
  • 3-5+ years of SharePoint development and administration experience
  • Experience in SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019
  • Experience with the MS Office 365 environment
  • Experience migrating existing SharePoint Site Collections to newer versions of SharePoint
  • Hands-on experience using SharePoint Designer to maintain and develop complex custom workflows
  • Experience implementing JavaScript, CAML queries, and REST services to enhance usability and performance
  • Experience providing end-user support functions
  • 5+ years of expert-level Business Analysis skills
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and recommend development or acquisition strategies of new technology solutions
  • Ability to assist in the development of strategic plans and concepts
  • Experience working in support of Government agencies and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is preferred
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Process improvement/automation experience
  • Experience working with Power BI (or Tableau), Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Experience creating Quick Reference Guides, Job Aides, and other training material
Clearance:

Must have an active TS/SCI at the time of hire, and willing/able to get CI Polygraph
