Job Title: Healthcare Delivery Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to manage patient care delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of patient care activities and lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient progress and identify areas for quality improvement.
  • Lead and coordinate patient care activities to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and First Aid/CPR certification.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
