Help Desk Support Specialist

Spurwink is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to staff and clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Implement new hardware and software on workstations
- Provide basic training to staff on new technologies
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience working with PCs, servers, and network devices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
