About the Opportunity
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join a school district in Delaware. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years' experience in speech therapy and be certified as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
The Role
This full-time position involves providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders, and developing treatment plans. The caseload will be discussed during the interview.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders;
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments;
Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings;
Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students;
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions;
Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
Benefits
This role offers:
- A competitive salary range estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience;

- Stipends available under certain circumstances.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
