Job Summary
Amergis is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech-language pathology services to patients in need. With a strong focus on patient care and outcomes, you will assess and treat individuals with communication disorders, providing them with the tools and support necessary to achieve their goals.

About the Role
This position offers an estimated salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In this role, you will:
- Assess patients' communication abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and technologies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinated services
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and continued support
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of assignment
- At least one year of professional experience in speech language pathology, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
