**Salary and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development.

**Job Description:**
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Identify speech and language disorders through thorough evaluations.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create tailored plans to address students' unique needs.
  • Provide Direct Therapy Services: Deliver speech therapy sessions to students in a school setting.
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other experts to support student communication skills.
**Requirements:**
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Texas state license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
