About the Role


As a Child and Family Therapist with Nationwide Children's Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of children, adolescents, and families. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote positive change. Your expertise in behavioral health will enable you to provide culturally sensitive and effective care to our patients and their families.



Responsibilities



  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children, adolescents, and families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to promote positive change and improve patient outcomes
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and effective care
  • Attend regular team meetings and provide updates on patient progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health


Requirements


We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child and Family Therapist with a Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field. You must have a strong foundation in behavioral health theory and practice, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with children, adolescents, and families, and will be able to provide culturally sensitive care to our diverse patient population.



What We Offer


Nationwide Children's Hospital offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 403(b) retirement plan.
