Sales Representative

Stine Seed Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seed Sales Representative to join our team in South Dakota. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealers and growers in the region.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stine seed products and services.
- Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales.
- Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory.
- Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide a high level of sales support.
- Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values.
