At St. Luke's Health System, we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Specialist to join our team in Boise, Idaho.

Overview

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be part of our Telehealth Transfer team, responsible for supporting patient care by connecting providers for consults, transfers, admissions, and placements.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 0.9 FTE with day shifts and rotating weekends/holidays required. You will have the authority to enact decisions on an immediate basis that promotes best patient care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred;
  • 3+ years of RN experience;
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
