Job Title: HRIS Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with a strong background in Paycom software to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HRIS system management, including building and optimizing systems and workflows within Paycom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Paycom HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Design, build, and enhance workflows and processes within Paycom to streamline HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, performance management, and reporting.
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on Paycom functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system enhancements and integrations that improve HR service delivery.
  • Lead or participate in HRIS projects, including system upgrades and implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience utilizing Paycom and HRIS systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
