Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working with K-12 students.

About the Role

The BCBA will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and providing training and support to educators, caregivers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Design and implement behavior intervention strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and maintain effective behavior management programs.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to school staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and make adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.

Salary: $85,000 per year

This salary is estimated based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience required for this role.

Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Licensed to practice as a BCBA in the state of North Carolina.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with K-12 students.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to students and families.
