Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Caregiver Specialist to provide direct patient care in a hospice setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our patients.
- Document patient interactions and care provided in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field.
- Current certification as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in patient care, preferably in an acute care or custodial setting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to changing work conditions as assigned.
