The team comprises Field Technicians and Pilots responsible for a range of services, including system commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, and training on control systems.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Field Technicians and Pilots to fulfill commissioning and start-up requirements.

  • Review service reports and expenses for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Address scope deviations and communicate with Project Managers for change management.
  • Engage regularly with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external stakeholders.
  • Propose process improvements and implement relevant policies.
  • Foster a supportive environment for staff development through training and skill enhancement.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics.
  • Represent team feedback on quality and product enhancements.
  • Ensure timely project progress and resource availability for team members.
  • Maintain service inventory and office facilities.
  • Participate in necessary stakeholder meetings.
  • Adapt to perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a technical role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity within an automation context.
  • Proficient in programmable logic controllers (PLC), human-machine interfaces (HMI), and related technologies.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
