Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Espo Corporation. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely technical support to customers via phone and on-site visits.
  • Setup, install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Company equipment at customer sites within assigned regions.
  • Maintain accurate customer and unit history on our CRM database.
  • Document all customer interactions and contact on our CRM system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Meet or exceed performance indicators, including open incidents, closed incidents, machine repair cycle time, repair return rate, and customer feedback/surveys.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field.
  • Minimum of years of experience in customer service and technical support, with a strong background in training, installing, and repairing industrial micro-processor controlled equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics and drawings.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS-Office skills and general personal computer knowledge.
  • Experience with CRM databases and data entry.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work in a variety of environments.
